Q1. How will my orders be shipped?
A1. We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in unmarked boxes sent via the USPS to preserve your privacy. The package does not display any logo and the item’s name. The only identifying mark on the package is your mailing address and ours.
Q2. When will my order be shipped?
A2. Usually orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Our office hours are Monday-Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number via email.
Q3. When will the package arrive?
A3. The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on the type of items you order and your delivery address. Usually, it will take 7 to 15 business days to arrive. Please note orders may be processed on dates USPS is closed, however those dates are not counted as delivery time. Please wait in patience.
Q4. Why is logistics information not updated for a long time?
A4. All of our orders are shipped from China. It is normal there is logistics information update delay due to customs delay. You will see the update once your orders arrive at a local warehouse. Please wait in patience.
Q5. Can I cancel my order?

Q6. Can I return the items I have ordered on HiHiStop?
A6. Given the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. Please look up further information at our return policy.
Q7. How do I earn Reward Points?
A7. You will earn 10 points for every dollar spent on hihistop.com.
To earn points after purchase, you must create an account. Otherwise, we get nowhere to put your Points.
Points will be sent to your account approximately 10 days following the purchase date.
Points will only be awarded on the actual money you spent on HiHiStop. Shipping fees are not included.
Q8. How can I use Reward Points?
A8. Points can be used to deduct up to 30% value of an order.
To use your Points you must login to your account.
Q9. Where can I see how many points I have?
A9. You can see your Reward Points by clicking in and viewing your account profile.
Q10. What happens if I return an item that is partially paid for with points?
A10. You will be refunded with the money and the Points that you used to pay for the item. And that Points you earned for that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account at the same time. Your final account status will be the same as before you make that purchase.
Q11. Can I use my Points alongside discounts/offers/sale items?
A11. Yes, for sure. You could spend your points against sale items. And you will still earn 10 Points per $1 spend.
Q12. Can I pay for shipping with my Points?
A12. Points can’t be used for shipping fees.
Q13. How long do Points stay on my account?
A13. Reward points will be expired 365 days after they are sent to your account. If you don’t use the Points within 365 days, they shall become automatically invalid so apply and use them timely.
