- If your order has not been shipped out, and you want to cancel it, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will cancel it and issue a full refund within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your order is canceled.
- If your order has been shipped out, we cannot accept your cancellation request. You could return the item after you receive it if you won’t need it. And you need to pay shipping fees. Please remember that we will only accept unopened and unused items in their original packaging. All items can only be returned for a partial refund.
- If you don’t enjoy free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs that you can see at checkout.
- If you enjoy free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs and pick and pack costs, around USD $15 – USD $50 depending on the item’s weight and nature.
- Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned package.
- If you refuse your package, your order costs will be not refundable.
- Given the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. We do this for the health and safety of our customers, so please select your items carefully.
- If you receive a defective product, it can be exchanged for the same item free of charge within 30 days of you receiving it.
- If your item turns out to be defective, please provide us with all the following proofs:
- Photos of the front and the back of the package or box.
- Photo or video of the defective item.
- A detailed description of the problem.
A re-stocking fee may be applied if a package be undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. The package may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
- Original order shipping cost is NOT refundable.
